After deciding to run a half-marathon while lying on a hospital bed over ten years ago, I've now been training and racing for over a decade.
I've gotten addicted to running and love all the health benefits and the pleasure running provides. Now I finish several marathon and ultra trail races every year and don't think about stopping ever.
On the way I learned so many things both by making mistakes and by studying the sport of endurance running in every detail.
